1. Select your size and framing preference above (base price for one subject)

2. Complete your order - this reserves your spot in the queue

3. Email your reference photos to AhrensGraphicDesign@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• Number of subjects (people/pets)
• Any special requests or custom background details
• High-quality, well-lit photos for best results (close up as sources are great)
• Submit multiple photos - pose you like, best facial expression, accurate skin color.
• Send me your notes and Ill do my magic.

4. Receive a custom quote - If your portrait includes multiple subjects or custom elements, I'll send you a Shopify invoice for any additional fees before beginning your artwork so you know the exact final cost.

5. Approve the updated pricing (if custom quote options were chosen)

6. If custom elements are requested that do not exist in a single submitted photograph I will send you a sketch to approve the design layout

7. I send you a photo of the finished signed watercolor portrait for your final approval before it is shipped. I hope it makes you smile. The ultimate reward, why I love what I do.

8. You leave me feedback so my future potential clients learn of your experience working with me.

Base price includes one person or one pet.

Additional subjects:

• 5x7 or 8x10 sizes:+$75 per additional person or pet

• 11x14 or 16x20 sizes:+$100 per additional person or pet

• Homes, special places, and custom backgrounds: Quoted individually
